1. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
    • Returning your Shoplink order is super easy and convenient regardless of where you are returning from.
    • Pop to the bottom of this page to read more about exchanges and what to do if you need a new or additional return label. If you cannot reuse the Shoplink packaging you can use a similar packaging that you have access to send your return back to us.
    • Below you can find step by step how to initiate the return under your Shoplink account.
    • Complete Shoplink returns form by logging in to your account
    • Under the “Return an Item” section of your account, select an order and click “Return Item(s)”.
    • Select the item that you wish to return, choose your return option and select your reason for return. Review and confirm your details to create your prepaid return shipping label.
    • Print your return shipping label and attach it to your return parcel (ensure you don’t cover the barcode with any sticky tape and remove any existing labeling if you are using the Shoplink satchel)
    • Drop off your return parcel at any Leopard Courier Service so we can safely track its journey back to our Fulfillment Centre
    • It takes a couple of days to reach our Fulfillment Centre, that’s why processing your refund may take up to approx. 15 business days; we’ll keep you posted along the way so keep an eye out on your inbox!
  1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
    • Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered with the price label intact along with the tags. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
    • Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
    • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
    • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
    • If the item arrived in defective/damaged, it is eligible for a free replacement, we will try our best to provide the exact item with the same seller. If the same item is not available, a refund will be issued.
    • Not eligible for return items: Custom made items, personal items (Men’s & Women’s Inner wearable) are labeled non- refundable.
    • Shoplink items: 15 Days, Return & Refund
    • Non Shoplink Items: 7 Days; Returns and Refunds (*Condition Apply).
